Diane has been a Professional Travel Agent for 18 years and has always taken great pride in the service she provides to her clients, both for business travel and vacation travel. She has earned her certification as an Elite Cruise Counselor (ECC) through CLIA and a Certified Sandals Specialist (CSS) through Sandals.

 

In the 8 years Diane has owned The Cruise Planner, her client satisfaction rate speaks for itself with a 95% repeat clientele base and a remarkably large referral clientele base. 

Jim Mason, MCC,CSS (Manager)

Jim has been a Cruise Specialist Agent for over 8 years and is a Master Cruise Counselor (MCC) through CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association).  After serving 20 years with the Armed Forces, his attention to detail skills are at their best!  You can rest assured that Jim has crossed every "T" and dotted every " I" when it comes to the detailed personalized service he delivers to his cruise clients to ensure the best cruising experience for them.

Peggy Jones, ACC, CSS

Peggy has become our Seasoned All-Inclusive Land Specialist with The Cruise Planner Team.  She has completed the "Certified Sandals & Beaches Specialist Training Course", and recently has completed the requirements for and has earned her Accredited Cruise Counselor Certification (ACC) through CLIA  She also has 4 years experience in the Hotel/Resorts industry, her Knowledge of resort properties is a welcome asset to the team along with her ability to assist clients with personalized service and their All-Inclusive needs.  Assisting  clients with land based wedding packages has become another one of her specialties. 

Spence Hinds, ACC

Has been a Cruise Specialist for 2 years and has recently earned his ACC (Accredited Cruise Counselor) through CLIA (Cruise Line International Association). Spence retired from a major Telecommunications Company, he brings over 25 years of sales experience coupled with having cruised over 29 times on multiple cruise lines. His experience and love for cruising enables him to provide a memorable experience for his clients.  Service is the key to any successful sales operation and 100% customer satisfaction is always the goal.

Dena Rose

Has been a Cruise Specialist for 2 years and comes from a business background, her  impeccable customer service skills keep her clients coming back!.  She is an avid Cruiser and Diver.  Her experience and knowledge of Cruising will guarantee her clients a memorable cruise experience.  

Frannie Manzoni

Joined us after a long and memorable job with the United States Post Office.  Her ability to adapt to each clients needs is commendable.  Frannie, has learned the ropes her professionalism and excellent customer service skills will keep you coming back.

Maritza Davila

Is our newest member of The Cruise Planner Team! Her bright personality and cheerful demeanor are a fresh of breath air.  Her ability to communicate with all walks of life is a welcome asset to our team.

Chris Wachtel

Is a welcome addition to The Cruise Planner Team!  Chris has a teaching background, and has recently been educating herself along with working with Diane Mason (Owner) to hone her skills in the Travel Industry.  We have high hopes for Chris.
