Diane has been a Professional Travel Agent for 22 years and has always taken great pride in the service she provides to her clients, both for business travel and vacation travel. She has earned her certification as an Elite Cruise Counselor Scholar (ECCS) through CLIA  which is the highest level of certification that can be achieved through CLIA. She is also a Certified Sandals Specialist (CSS) through Sandals.

 

In the 12 years Diane has owned The Cruise Planner, her client satisfaction rate speaks for itself with a 98% repeat clientele base and a remarkably large referral clientele base. 

Jim Mason, ECC,CSS (Manager)

Jim has been a Cruise Specialist Agent for over 10 years and is an Elite Cruise Counselor (ECC) through CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association).  After serving 20 years with the Armed Forces, his attention to detail skills are at their best!  You can rest assured that Jim has crossed every "T" and dotted every " I" when it comes to the detailed personalized service he delivers to his clients to ensure the best cruising experience for them.

Spence Hinds, ACC

Has been a Cruise Specialist for 3 years and has recently earned his ACC (Accredited Cruise Counselor) through CLIA (Cruise Line International Association). Spence retired from a major Telecommunications Company, he brings over 25 years of sales experience coupled with having cruised over 29 times on multiple cruise lines. His experience and love for cruising enables him to provide a memorable experience for his clients.  Service is the key to any successful sales operation and 100% customer satisfaction is always the goal.

Dena Rose, ACC

WOW! Dena has come along way and has exploded in this Industry.  She is a savvy traveler along with the technical experience, she is sure to win your confidence and  keep your loyalty. Dena has been a Cruise Specialist for 3 years and comes from a business background, her  impeccable customer service skills keep her clients coming back!.  She is an avid Cruiser and Diver.  Her experience and knowledge of Cruising will guarantee her clients a memorable cruise experience.  

Frannie Manzoni

Joined us after a long and memorable job with the United States Post Office.  Her ability to adapt to each clients needs is commendable.  Frannie, has learned the ropes her professionalism and excellent customer service skills will keep you coming back. Frannie too, has come a long way with growing her business, by joining local support groups and gaining first hand experience by traveling herself and escorting groups.

Chris Wachtel, ACC

Is a welcome addition to The Cruise Planner Team!  Chris has grown by leaps and bounds and in fact has become our number 1 go to person for backup when Jim & Diane are on Travel.  She has the skills and the personality to handle any and all situations.  NOt to mention her sales are  and business are growing too.  She is becoming an experienced group leader by escorting private groups on cruises and all-inclusive vacations.
